Timothy Keaney held various executive roles at the Bank of New York Company from 2000 to 2007, when it merged with the Mellon Financial Corporation. He continued at the new Bank of New York Mellon Corporation for another seven years, in roles including Chief Executive Officer of asset servicing, Vice Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Investment Services.
Timothy has served on the Board of Directors of UNUM since 2012, currently serving as a member of the Finance Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Since 2019, Timothy has also served as a Director for PolySign, Inc., a privately held fintech company.
