Ryan Steensland

Ryan has over three decades’ experience serving the needs of families with substantial wealth. Ryan co-founded U.S. family office Envoi, which joined AlTi in 2024. Prior to founding Envoi, Ryan was a Managing Director for multi-family office Crosswater, where he co-directed the client management unit. Before joining Crosswater, Ryan founded and was a Managing Director of Piper Jaffray's Family Office Strategies group, overseeing the financial management of client balance sheets, allocation of assets, and trading and hedging of concentrated client securities positions. Ryan has also worked for Lehman Brothers Private Client Services unit. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
