Jim Sand

Jim has over twenty-five years’ experience serving the financial needs of UHNW individuals and families. Jim co-founded U.S. family office Envoi, which joined AlTi in 2024. Prior to founding Envoi, Jim was a Managing Director for multi-family office Crosswater, where he managed the firm’s relationship with many of the client families. Jim also held the role of Vice President for U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray's Family Office Strategies group, and began his career at Ford Motor Company. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing and a BSB in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
