Andrew Douglass

Andrew serves as Head of Growth and is a member of the Management Committee for AlTi U.S. Wealth Management. Andrew leads the firm’s efforts to drive organic growth, execute strategic initiatives, and expand the firm’s reach in the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) market. He is focused on expanding AlTi’s presence across the U.S. while maintaining its commitment to excellence, innovation, and client advocacy to deliver a bespoke and differentiated client experience.

Andrew leverages his extensive network and expertise to foster innovation and build lasting client relationships. He oversees the development of growth strategies, spearheads business development initiatives, and works to strengthen AlTi’s position as a trusted partner for UHNW families, and foundations and endowments.

Previously, Andrew held senior positions at Fairfield Antara, SL Managers and F.S von Stade & Associates.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.

He also serves on the Investment Committee for the Greenwich Country Day School.
